It is a great pleasure to invite you to IEEE AICAS 2024, which will be held on April 22-25, 2024, in at Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are truly delighted to be hosting such a prestigious event in Abu Dhabi. AICAS is a premier annual conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society focusing on Artificial Intelligence. Since its inception, AICAS has been continuously featuring the latest innovations and trends in artificial intelligence circuits and systems, with active participation of researchers from worldwide academia, industry, and institutes.

Abu Dhabi, the venue for AICAS 2024, is a modern, cosmopolitan, high-rise UAE capital city. Its gorgeous archipelago offers a mix of ancient history, rich culture and heritage, stunning nature, beautiful beaches, high-end luxury, surprising wildlife, family-friendly adventure, world-class shopping, renowned golf courses, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The organizing committee is gearing up for interesting and informative conference programs, including plenary lectures, industrial lectures, demos, tutorials on a variety of topics, student competition, lecture & poster presentations, and various social programs.

Researchers, engineers, and students from universities, government agencies, and industry, are invited to present their latest work and to discuss algorithms, applications, and implementations for artificial intelligence systems. All participants will be sure to have a meaningful experience with industry people and scholars from all over the world.
