How to Register for IEEE AICAS 2024

We welcome your online registration for IEEE AICAS 2024. It is important to read all the information on the website before you start the registration process.

  • Registration for AICAS 2024 enables your participation in the event.
  • Quoted prices are in USD and are inclusive of VAT.
  • Payment of registration fee can be done only via credit card.
  • Student registrations cannot be used for registering papers.
  • Each accepted paper must be covered by an author registration.
  • Each author registration covers up to 2 papers.
  • If you list more than 2 papers, you will be charged with extra registration fees.
  • For changes of registration category or cancelation of your registration, please contact the secretariat at (info@aicas2024.org) no later 7 April 2024.

  • Author & Early Registration Deadline:  Mar 5, 2024
  • Standard Registration Deadline:  Apr 25, 2024

Publication Policy for Accepted Papers

  • An author of accepted paper(s) should register for the conference by selecting a full fee-paying registration category. This enables the author to register the paper id and the paper to qualify for publication in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
  • Student or other reduced-rate categories do not allow for paper registration.
  • If no author has registered an accepted paper, the paper will not be shown in the conference proceedings nor in IEEE Xplore.
  • If the paper has been registered by an author but no presenter shows up at the conference to present the paper, the paper will appear in the conference proceedings but not in IEEE Xplore.
  • Each author registration covers up to two papers. For example, 1 or 2 papers require one author registration while 3 or 4 papers require two author registrations, etc.

Registration Entitlements

  • All registration categories include access to all technical sessions, one of the tutorials, download of Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, and banquet.

Tutorial Fee

  • Tutorial day registration is included in conference registration. You can choose only one tutorial.
